What is the Home Pick-up Service?

EZ Bottle and Can Return is now offering an innovative service to handle all your bottle and can redemption needs. We provide weekly home pick-up of all your New York State 5 cent deposit beverage containers. You are provided with a personal account that is updated weekly. For every redeemable container we pick up 3 cents is added to your account. You may elect to receive a check every time your balance reaches $30.00, or you may choose to make a tax deductible donation to a worthy community organization. A yearly statement will be provided at the end of the year for your records and tax purposes.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Do I have to sort my containers?
   No, you may mix aluminum, glass and plastic in the same bag.
2. Do I need to count my containers?
   No, we will count each bag and add 3 cents for each container to your account.
3. What if I want the full 5 cents for my containers?
   You always have the option of returning your containers to EZ Bottle and Can Return at 1259 Fairport Road. You may then choose to redeem your containers for immediate cash, or you mayd onate to one of over 30 charitable organizations.
4. What if I have different store brands?
   We accept all brands, no matter where you bought them.
5. What about non-carbonated beverage containers, like water bottles?
   At this time there is no NYS deposit collected on non-carbonated beverage containers. You may recycle them using your blue box curb side pick-up. If some get mixed in with your redeemable containers we will recycle them for you.
